- Cash Payment. For self-pickup orders, payment can be made on-site in cash or by card.
- Minimum Order Amount. To place an order, the following minimum purchase amounts apply: starting from UAH 3,000 for Nova Poshta delivery, and from UAH 1,000 for self-pickup from the pickup point.

- Delivery Service. Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta — either to a branch or by courier to the specified address.
- Transportation Conditions. All products are shipped in special thermal packaging that ensures proper temperature control. This guarantees that seafood and caviar are delivered fresh and safe for consumption.
